The Aeronautics, Space and Defence industries are now represented in the PortugalCLUSTERS network, an initiative that gathers national Clusters recognised by the Portuguese Government.
On 9th April, AED Cluster Portugal joined the PORTUGALClusters partnership, with the aim of expanding and strengthening synergies in its inter-sector network. Through this platform, AED will be able to share experiences with leaders from other sectors of activity and explore new ways to innovate in its operations and also bringing closer links with complementary industries.
PORTUGALClusters is a network of national clusters, recognized by the Portuguese Government, which was formed voluntarily in 2010. It is represented by nearly 20 industries, whose Cluster’s Managers meet, periodically, to discuss matters of common interest and to stimulate projects between the different supply chains they represent.

The Portuguese Government signed a Sectorial Pact with Clusters for Competitiveness and Internationalization
Portugal strengthen cooperation links with key Canadian partners.
Visit to the Toulouse headquarters was led by the Ministery of Science.
AED Cluster Portugal participated in the annual General Assembly of the European Aerospace Cluster Partnership, in Italy.
The Cluster's main event gathered the Portuguese ecossystem along with the prime industry companies of the world.
Indupymes 4.0, led by FADA-CATEC, was launched last week and will help the SMEs to approach the digital factory concept.
