Portugal Site Selection platform, developed by aicep Global Parques, is a business location procurement tool for investment projects in Portugal. It provides information for projects in the area of industry, logistics and services.
Portugal Site Selection is a free public investor support service available in Portuguese and English that allows you to:
- Select, easily and effectively, the space in Portugal that best suits the investor’s business, through multicriteria analysis to the investment project requirements;
- Know the available areas by navigating the map and searching by geographical area;
- Identify the solutions that best fit the investment project – dimension; space typology; proximity to relevant infrastructures, among others.
Portugal Site Selection also offers specialized consulting services, including:
- Survey of customer requirements, selection of the best locations, comparative analysis of solutions;
- Consultancy in licensing processes;
- Support for the promotion and qualification of business locations in coordination with municipal entities to qualify the national offer.
The platform also allows the download of a wide range of reports, related to the Local Governemnts, the Business or Technology Parks and other office space hubs, as well as social-economic data of the regions.
