This weekend, the first contracts of the Mobilizing Agendas (“Agendas Mobilizadoras” in portuguese) for business innovation were signed, within the scope of the Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Plan, in a ceremony held in Lisbon with the presence of the Portuguese Prime-Minister and the Portuguese Minister for the Economy and Maritime Affairs.
AED Cluster Portugal is part of the consortium for the “Aero.Next Portugal” Agenda, aiming to design, develop, industrialize and operate complete Aeronautical programs, from Portugal. Miguel Braga, President of EEA – Empresa de Engenharia Aeronáutica, S.A (the company leading this initiative) and also Member of the Board of AED Cluster Portugal, presented this agenda.
The investments foreseen in these agendas must be completed and with results achieved by 2026. These first approved contracts alone represent an investment of 1.3 billion euros.
