Eurosatory remains the leading international meeting point for defence and security, bringing together industry leaders, institutional stakeholders, and innovators to address current geopolitical and technological challenges.
Over five days, the event gathers manufacturers, start-ups and experts, providing a unique platform to explore emerging solutions and foster international cooperation.
The Portuguese Pavilion, organised by idD Portugal Defence, provided a valuable platform to follow the work of AED members on the ground and strengthen connections with key companies:

The Portuguese presence at Eurosatory 2026 also included stands from Beyond Vision, BeyondComposite, OPTIMAL GROUP and TEKEVER, members of AED Cluster Portugal.
Some highlights of the week include the visit of the Portuguese Ambassador to France, Francisco Ribeiro de Menezes, to the stand, alongside the AICEP delegate in France, Eduardo Henriques, and the Defence Attaché, Dario de Oliveira Pinto Moreira, reinforcing Portugal’s institutional presence and international connections in the sector; and the visit of the Portuguese companies to the Ukrainian Council of Defence Industry (UCDI) stand.
