Busy days at LAAD Defense and Security for the Portuguese delegation.
In cooperation with idD Portugal Defence, the AED cluster is participating in one of the most important defense events in Latin America. With a group of 10 companies and a national stand, AED is showcasing Portuguese capabilities and exploring business opportunities with many of the most relevant defense players worldwide.
During the first day of the event, a Networking Reception was held for the delegation and international business partners, with the support of aicep Portugal Global, in which we had the pleasure of receiving the Minister of National Defense, Helena Carreiras, the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CEMFA), General João Cartaxo Alves, and the Ambassador of Portugal in Brazil, Luís Faro Ramos.
A special word for Beyond Vision and AVP-Aero Voo de Portugal, who exhibited at the Portuguese stand, and for all the companies that joined us, contributing to a strong image of Portugal at the event – Almadesign, CEiiA // Centro de Engenharia e Desenvolvimento do Produto, GMV, EID S.A., OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, S.A. and Embraer.
